Tali Homes Management provides basic visual property condition documentation and photo inspection services. All inspections are conducted by trained staff and are not state-certified or city-certified home inspections.
All reports prepared by Tali Homes Management are basic visual property condition documentation reports only. They are NOT New Jersey State Certified Home Inspections and are NOT municipal or city-certified inspections. No systems are tested, operated, or certified. These reports do not constitute legal or professional advice regarding habitability or structural integrity.
A 50 percent deposit is required to confirm all inspection appointments. The remaining 50 percent balance is due upon delivery of the completed report. Deposits are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Same-day urgent bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. Tali Homes Management reserves the right to reschedule if access is not provided. A return visit fee may apply.
Tali Homes Management is not responsible for conditions that were concealed, inaccessible, or not visible at the time of inspection. Total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the inspection. Reports are for the exclusive use of the client named and are not transferable without written consent.
All photos and reports remain the property of Tali Homes Management until payment is received in full. Reports may not be altered or misrepresented.
Volume discounts of 10 percent for 10 to 24 properties per month and 15 percent for 25 or more properties per month are available only with a signed monthly service contract on file. Discounts are not applied automatically.
Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required to complete the inspection service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
